About the role
This role involves providing technical support and application development for KLA's SensArray products at customer sites.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support for SensArray products at customer sites and remote engagements.
- Develop application methodologies for etch, deposition, lithography, wafer handling, Factory Automation, and Advanced Packaging.
- Analyze process and equipment performance data and present recommendations to customers.
- Support customer-facing activities including product demonstrations, evaluation planning, execution, and technical troubleshooting.
- Interface with Engineering, Advanced Development, SW, FW, Ops, and Manufacturing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain customer presentations, product overview materials, application notes, and technical documentation.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of semiconductor process experience or experience within a semiconductor fab.
- 3+ years in the semiconductor capital equipment industry or within a semiconductor fab.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes: Etch, CVD/PVD/ALD, CMP, or lithography.
- Familiarity with process and metrology concepts.
- Master's Level Degree with 3 years of related work experience; or Bachelor's Level Degree with 5 years of related work experience.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor processing technologies, including one or more of: CVD/ALD/PVD, Plasma etch, Thermal processing, Wafer handling and automation, Advanced packaging.
Nice to have
- Hands-on Experience with AI - Building agents/Skills.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Program Management.
- Experience in Advanced Packaging.
- Experience in Semiconductor Metrology.
