About the role
This Staff Electrical Engineer will participate in new product introduction, ensuring microcircuit manufacturability and enabling prototyping in the R&D lab, and managing the transition into production.
What you'll do
- Participate actively in new product introduction, influencing microcircuit design for manufacturability.
- Design, develop, implement, and transfer mmWave products and manufacturing test processes into production.
- Develop new test methodologies to reduce measurement uncertainty and increase throughput.
- Create and document the test system block diagram, test system, and electronic tools (ETs) for mmWave production.
- Evaluate and set production line specifications based on statistical data analysis.
- Document Test Support Documents (TSDs) for all created microcircuit tests.
What you'll need
- MSEE with emphasis in RF/Microwave/Analog theory and applications.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience building transceiver modules for space.
- Strong knowledge of Analog, RF, and Microwave circuits testing.
- Fundamental understanding of Oscilloscope, Network, and Spectrum analyzer measurements.
