About the role
This role involves supporting epitaxy process development through experiment execution, characterization, equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
What you'll do
- Support process experiments by operating epitaxy reactors.
- Track R&D wafers through process and metrology workflows.
- Perform wafer characterization and collect measurement data.
- Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance activities on epitaxy reactors.
- Develop operating procedures and train staff.
What you'll need
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in military service or hands-on trade (2yrs).
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a clean-room environment (>80% of time).
- Good dexterity skills with the ability to handle fragile wafers and process furniture.
- Good mechanical skills and aptitude.
- Experience with MS Office software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
