Support New Product Introductions and component-level troubleshooting for Signal Analysis products using VEE test software.

About the role

Provide technical support in developing New Product Introductions (NPI), assisting with complex troubleshooting, and resolving production instrument challenges. The role supports the development of Signal Analysis products through process and product development.

What you'll do

- Provide design support for a multi-disciplinary engineering team by assessing technical design tasks and determining required actions. - Lead hands-on troubleshooting initiatives down to the component level. - Operate, troubleshoot, and remotely control test and measurement equipment. - Interface with the production team to develop troubleshooting techniques. - Develop and implement VEE test software code. - Serve as the first line of contact for firmware, software, and program issues.

What you'll need

- Minimum of 15 years technical experience. - AA/AS degree in an electronics discipline or equivalent. - RF and Microwave test experience. - Clear understanding of how to work with schematics. - Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit theory. - Experience soldering circuits.

Nice to have

- RF board troubleshooting experience. - Experience programming VEE software. - Past technical design support for an R&D engineering team. - Equipment support experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, Access, Outlook) and Microsoft Visual Studio.
