About the role
This role focuses on ensuring the quality and timely delivery of Embedded Memory IP by establishing and executing robust testing and automation processes. Your contributions will directly impact whether products incorporating Synopsys' Embedded Memory IP ship on time and function as intended.
What you'll do
- Coordinate kickoff and release meetings across design, verification, and release teams to ensure compliance checkpoints are met.
- Execute regression testing on Embedded Memory IP, identify issues before they reach customers, and track results.
- Analyze test data to detect trends, recurring failures, and process deficiencies affecting product quality or schedule.
- Develop and maintain Python and Tcl automation scripts to streamline testing and validation workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on quality gates, release criteria, and issue resolution timelines.
- Document test results, failure analysis, and process improvements for future reference.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience in validation, testing, quality assurance, or a related engineering role.
- Working knowledge of Python or Tcl for scripting and automation.
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to work across teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with regression testing, release processes, or quality management systems.
