About the role
This role involves assisting with the implementation and maintenance of global ISO9001 compliant quality processes.
What you'll do
- Assist with document control activities, including creation, review, revision, and archival of quality documents and records.
- Participate in internal audits by preparing audit materials, collecting evidence, and tracking corrective actions.
- Analyze quality and process performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities, including root cause analysis and verification effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Use AI tools and data analytics to identify process inefficiencies, automate routine tasks, generate insights, and recommend process improvements.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with Software development process.
- Proficiency with MS Office & data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and Lessons Learned.
- AI application knowledge and experience.
