About the role
This role is for a Quality Systems Engineer to support all aspects of the quality management system, including software administration for QMS core processes. This role focuses on global quality auditing and ensuring compliance to IATF and AS9100 standards.
What you'll do
- Interface with factory and quality engineers on QMS business process setup and continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliance to QA standards.
- Work with Manufacturing Quality engineering to ensure internal audits comply with standards.
- Supervise technicians administering document control and customer specific requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders including factory and business unit leadership.
What you'll need
- BS in Engineer, Physics, Chemistry, or related degree.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge and experience managing QMS to IATF 16949, AS9100, or ISO9001 standards.
- Experience with QMS software tool administration.
- Certified auditor to IATF 16949, AS9100, or ISO9001 standards.
- Expertise in quality core tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC).
Nice to have
- Experience utilizing engineering databases and SQL to develop and deploy PowerBI reports.
- Experience deploying python and/or streamlit reporting applications.
