About the role
This role is responsible for deploying, optimizing, and continuously improving FormFactor's electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) while developing analytics, reporting, automation, and digital solutions.
What you'll do
- Support the deployment, adoption, administration, and continuous improvement of FormFactor's eQMS platform. - Configure, test, validate, and maintain digital quality workflows for change control management, problem reporting and resolution (CAPA, 8D, RCA), audit management, and project management. - Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and data models utilizing Power BI and related analytics platforms. - Design reporting solutions for First-Time Right (FTR), CAPA effectiveness, audit closure rates, and change control cycle times. - Develop automated workflows and digital solutions to improve productivity, visibility, and quality system effectiveness. - Support quality systems governance, data integrity, user access management, and preparation for internal, customer, and external audits.
What you'll need
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years with a Master’s degree, a PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience. - Experience deploying, configuring, validating, or administering an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). - Hands-on experience developing dashboards, data models, and visualizations utilizing Power BI or related analytics platforms. - Demonstrated experience with core quality processes including Change Control Management, CAPA, 8D, and Audit Management. - Experience building automated workflows and data structures to streamline quality and business processes.
