The Quality Engineering Technician supports manufacturing process control, change management, and adherence to quality standards at TSMC Arizona's F21AQE.
What you'll do
- Participate in change control and product quality improvement activities to ensure continuous improvement. - Collect and record process changes to ensure adherence to quality requirements. - Analyze and present quality control data to the engineering team to support informed decision-making. - Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Statistical Process Controls (SPC) and generate reports. - Support internal audits of wafer fabrication processes, equipment parameters, manufacturing operations, factory facilities, and incoming materials. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align factory operations with ISO9001/IATF16949 standards and maintain day-to-day quality control documentation.
What you'll need
- Associate’s degree in Engineering with an emphasis on Quality Control and Analysis or a related field. - Knowledge of Statistical Process Controls (SPC) and experience analyzing quality-related data. - Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting. - Familiarity with ISO9001/IATF16949 standards and their application in factory operations. - Ability to work in a cleanroom or advanced manufacturing environment if needed.
