About the role
Arrow's Phoenix Integration facility is seeking a Quality Engineer to collaborate across multiple departments to ensure consistent and sustainable quality results.
What you'll do
- Maintain and improve quality system and documentation. - Assist with internal auditing and maintaining quality certifications. - Identify and implement process improvements through data and risk analysis in collaboration with various departments. - Complete thorough root cause analysis to implement robust corrective actions when quality issues arise. - Provide training on quality-related areas, such as ESD, 6S, and other lean methodologies. - Review customer feedback and implement changes to improve products and customer satisfaction.
What you'll need
- 2 to 3 years of related experience. - Engineering degree or three-to-four-year diploma. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate with different stakeholders. - Strong presentation and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt. - Certified Quality Engineer Certification. - Project management experience. - EtQ software experience. - Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA). - Computer science and information technology certifications.
