About the role
This role supports Transparent Flow Process (TFP) and Change Management Programs/Projects by ensuring quality governance, system readiness, and execution discipline.
What you'll do
- Support Program Managers in reviewing and prioritizing company-wide Product Change Notifications (PCNs).
- Serve as the Quality focal point for TFP setup and execution.
- Provide quality control for TFP readiness, system alignment, controlled cutover timing, audit readiness, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and track basic quality metrics including Approval adherence, Conversion accuracy, and Incorrect Shipment prevention.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Quality, Program Management, Business Units, Operations, and Sales/Order Management.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Process Governance roles.
- Working knowledge of Change Management, PCN, and/or TFP (Transparent Flow Process) concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and support multiple time zones.

- Experience supporting program or process execution in a cross-functional environment.
