What you'll do
- Develop and implement quality standards, systems, and control processes.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to meet quality specifications and industry standards.
- Partner with operations teams to implement effective quality controls and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure workflows, manufacturing processes, and products comply with applicable safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues, performing root-cause analysis.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns.
- Review technical specifications and process documentation for clarity, consistency, and compliance.
What you'll need
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Typically 2-4 years relevant experience.
- General proficiency with tools, systems and procedures.
