About the role
This role involves ensuring product quality and reliability through analysis of test data and implementation of improvements.
What you'll do
- Analyze and interpret test data to identify potential product weaknesses and failure modes.
- Review failure analysis and perform root cause investigation.
- Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product design and development teams to implement improvements based on test results.
- Provide recommendations for design changes and process improvements to enhance product reliability.
What you'll need
- Degree in engineering.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in reliability testing.
- Knowledge of 8D, 5 Why analysis, and QC tools.
- Basic statistical knowledge.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to perform shift work (permanent night).
