About the role
The Quality Assurance Technician 1 is responsible for performing detailed inspections and quality control activities to ensure products meet internal standards and customer specifications, specifically focused on advanced probing technology products.
What you'll do
- Perform detailed defect inspections using the Olympus MX‑50 microscope and other precision inspection tools.
- Conduct in‑process and finished goods inspections to verify product quality and ensure all outgoing material meets specifications.
- Capture and document high-quality inspection images of components and products.
- Identify nonconforming product and generate accurate, timely nonconformance reports.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date inventory information in database systems.
- Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and documentation standards to maintain product traceability and compliance.
What you'll need
- Less than 1 year of related experience.
- Proficiency with microscopes and measurement tools.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
- Experience supporting in‑process and final inspection workflows in a manufacturing environment.
- Clean Room Manufacturing skills.
- Computer Literacy and Data Entry skills.
- Hand Dexterity.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Problem Solving skills.
- Ability to work independently within a shift-based team environment.
