About the role
This role is responsible for performing detailed inspections and quality control activities to ensure products meet internal standards and customer specifications within a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Perform detailed defect inspections of advanced probing technology products using the Olympus MX-50 microscope.
- Conduct in-process and finished goods inspections to verify product quality.
- Identify nonconforming product and generate accurate nonconformance reports.
- Validate outgoing product data to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date inventory information in database systems.
- Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and documentation standards.
What you'll need
- Strong technical inspection skills.
- Proficiency with microscopes and measurement tools.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
- Less than 1 year of related experience.
- Experience in a clean-room manufacturing setting.
- Ability to adhere to gowning and contamination-control procedures.
