About the role
As part of the Project Management team at pSemi Corporation, the Project Manager supports new product introductions and process improvements projects, driving cross-functional teams to meet deliverables and milestone commitments.
What you'll do
- Manage integrated circuit (IC) projects through planning, execution, and tracking.
- Build, monitor, and maintain the project tracking system to capture WBS, schedule, milestones, resources, costs, and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional project status reviews to track the agreed plan and report status.
- Provide project leadership to guide the project team and key stakeholders from concept to delivery.
- Anticipate and identify project risks, schedule slips, or changes to analyze scope, cost, and resource impact, driving resolution of internal issues.
- Facilitate negotiation and conflict resolution across all levels, assigning actions and escalating as needed.
What you'll need
- 3 to 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Proven proficiency with project management methodologies and techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, or business management.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including MS Project or equivalent tool.
Nice to have
- Certification in Project Management.
- Technical Degree in Engineering or other related discipline.
