About the role
Manage the scheduling team across all project General Contractors and Subcontractors, driving schedule management and maintenance using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel. The role supports fab facility construction projects across N4, N3, and N2 process technology installations.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot schedule conflicts where necessary with subcontractors, and push contractors to uphold their published schedules. - Assist the BCD team with forecasting, troubleshooting, and cost issues leveraging data from various schedules and work plans. - Confirm payment milestones based on schedule activity. - Act as a bridge between Taiwan contractors and US management. - Manage overall schedule maintenance across General Contractors and Subcontractors.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, and 3 years of related experience. - 3 years of experience managing the schedule program for large semiconductor projects ($2B and above). - Experience or education in the sequencing required for multiple process, mechanical, electrical, chemical, and building systems to federate a critical path schedule. - At least 3 years of experience identifying and implementing trackable construction KPIs which inform management of current plans and hold subcontractors accountable to actual progress. - At least 3 years of experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software, as well as Microsoft Project. - Willingness and ability to work on-site at the Phoenix, Arizona facility.
