About the role
As a Program or Project Manager at Lam Research, you will drive projects and programs for the Bay Area Facilities Construction Team from initiation through delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead projects for the Bay Area Facilities Construction Team to solve complex business problems. - Build solutions to improve construction business processes and support business strategies. - Provide actionable insights for management to support decision-making through data collection and analysis. - Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and monitor performance. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes. - Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.
What you'll need
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent experience. - 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management. - Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. - Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience. - Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certifications. - Facilities experience.
