About the role
This role involves leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery within the Global Operations Group, which integrates information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale, high-impact projects.
- Develop, monitor, and report on project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles.
- Identify and manage project risks, proactively developing mitigation strategies.
- Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
- Three years' progressive project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- PMP, PgMP certifications, or an equivalent advanced project management credential.
- Demonstrated leadership, effective verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptable, analytical, and proactive in addressing challenges.
