About the role
This role involves program management for Camera IP in Mobile, IOT, and AR Glass products, focusing on power optimization and ASIC design implementation.
What you'll do
- Plan, manage, and control the Plan of Record (POR) for Camera core products, ensuring project schedules, scope, and budget.
- Provide project management support and services across the Camera organization as a Center of Excellence (PMO).
- Drive program delivery by translating organizational strategy and product roadmaps, managing priorities based on strategy.
- Report regularly to senior management on key product development milestones, metrics, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate delivery of engineering products according to specifications, budget, and schedule, including internal department schedules and resources.
- Drive cross-functional power optimization activities across global teams and manage feature landing for AR Glass key customer projects.
What you'll need
- 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience working with OEM partners.
- Understanding of CMOS sensors and SoCs.
- Experience with multi-tasking to understand/facilitate/guide System Architecture and modeling, IC digital design, verification and implementation, and SW drivers.
- Proven leadership, business, and program management performance.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20% annually).
