About the role

This role involves technical program management for the Oryon CPU Engineering team, developing and delivering CPU IP to key Qualcomm SoCs.

What you'll do

  • Plan, drive, and deliver CPU IP development and integration into silicon products.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of credible and data-driven schedules and project milestones.
  • Organize and lead interdepartmental meetings to set project milestones/schedules, plans of records, define project tasks, establish program policies and processes.
  • Troubleshoot program issues and develop alternative program tasks, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and processes.
  • Determine risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate information to internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Roll up and report regularly to senior management-executives on key development milestones, budget, metrics, risks, and mitigation plans.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
  • Strong semiconductor domain knowledge and experience managing complex silicon development programs.
  • Strong IP core design & debug background.
  • Technical domain expertise in all aspects of VLSI development cycle and IP delivery process.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Physical Design flows, implementation processes and design closure (signoff).
  • Project Management of IP team working on multiple programs.
  • Experience applying AI solutions to integrate enterprise data, automate metric generation, and build executive-ready dashboards.
  • Knowledgeable on program management tools and processes to increase productivity across engineering teams.
