What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic transformation programs supporting business operations and supply chain objectives.
- Support the maturation of enterprise S&OP and IBP processes.
- Lead business process mapping and redesign initiatives.
- Partner with IT teams to define business requirements and process specifications.
- Assist in developing supplier communication and collaboration processes.
- Maintain program performance dashboards and executive scorecards.
What you'll need
- 8-12 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Transformation.
- Experience managing large cross-functional programs in technology, semiconductors, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Understanding S&OP, IBP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management processes.
- Experience with ERP, planning, analytics, or supply chain management systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as PMP, APICS/ASCM (CPIM/CSCP), Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma.
