About the role
This role involves supporting program execution within a matrix organization across multiple cross-functional teams. The team designs high-performance integrated circuits for Fiber Optical and wired networks.
What you'll do
- Drive execution and overall program success across cross-functional teams.
- Escalate and manage problems to resolution.
- Monitor and control project performance against schedule, budget, and resource utilization.
- Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation planning.
- Support Marvell’s Program Management Process.
What you'll need
- Pursuing a degree in Industrial, Electronic, System, Computer Engineering, or related technical field(s).
- Less than 5 final exams to graduate or less than one year to finish the career.
- Good understanding of digital communications, digital, analog, industrial, software, and firmware technologies.
- Good understanding of chip design, manufacturing, testing, and qualification.
- Strong focus on process-driven development and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
