About the role

This role involves leading new product development from concept to release within the High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) business.

What you'll do

Lead cross-functional teams through the complete product development lifecycle, ensuring successful return on investment.
Create and monitor comprehensive project plans, including risk management, resource allocation, and schedule adherence.
Partner with wafer fabrication, assembly, and test sites to guarantee schedule adherence, cost targets, and quality standards.
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly project status updates to stakeholders, identifying challenges and support needed.
Serve as liaison between internal teams and external customers to communicate project status and coordinate milestones.
Create and execute qualification plans in collaboration with Product Engineering and Quality Reliability Engineering teams.
