About the role
This role is responsible for advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work related to the IDeliver enterprise platform.
What you'll do
- Manage the day-to-day operational health of the IDeliver platform and associated business processes.
- Drive user adoption across divisions and global regions.
- Lead operational execution of the enterprise Spec Management program.
- Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously across Engineering, Service, Marketing, Operations and IT.
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
What you'll need
- Strong cross-functional skills.
- Ability to drive alignment across divisions, regions, and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise systems, business process design, and adoption management.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years experience with a Master's degree.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience leading cross-functional programs, business process initiatives, or customer-facing operational programs.
- Experience working with product marketing, applications, service, engineering, field, or customer programs in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of customer specification management, product lifecycle governance, or customer processes.
- Experience driving enterprise-wide deployment, stakeholder training, change management, and adoption.
- Familiarity with KLA tools, customer workflows, PLC processes, or related enterprise platforms.
