About the role
This role involves manufacturing and operating production equipment within a GaAs fab for Vishay Intertechnology in Heilbronn, Germany.
What you'll do
- Prepare and set up production lines and workstations according to instructions.
- Select, test, and provide manufacturing batches as per production specifications.
- Operate, monitor, and control production equipment.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, cleanroom, and environmental regulations.
What you'll need
- Experience in production, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, chemistry, or a comparable industry.
- Technical understanding and diligent working methods.
- Willingness to work in a shift system, including weekends.
- High quality and responsibility awareness.
- Teamwork ability, reliability, and resilience.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom while adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
