About the role
This role involves the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies for production.
What you'll do
- Perform selection, set-up, and calibration of specialized test equipment.
- Conduct Helium leak testing on mechanical assemblies.
- Read and interpret flow diagram drawings.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, isolating and assisting in solving defects.
- Determine and develop test specifications, methods, and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
- Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
What you'll need
- 2-4+ years of production or related work experience.
- A.A. Degree or equivalent work experience, or any combination of education and experience.
- Vocational or technical training or equivalent.
- Digital and/or analog systems testing experience.
- Knowledge of Transducer, Mass Flow Controller, Regulators, and Pneumatic valves components.
- Strong understanding of related mechanics.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
