About the role
Texas Instruments is seeking a Production Test Specialist to support operations in the test lab site. The role operates various ATE equipment and device handlers for qualification, characterization, reliability, wafer probe, and device sample processes.
What you'll do
- Operate ATE equipment and device handlers to perform qualification, characterization, reliability, wafer probe, and device sample processes. - Handle laser marking, package inspection, device changes, and tool kits setup. - Follow technical instructions outlined in Engineering Work Orders (ISA) and Special Work Requests (SWR). - Record process observations, summary findings, and documented information accurately in ISA and SWR reports. - Perform equipment setups according to established lab specifications and procedures. - Interface and communicate with lab technicians and business unit engineers to resolve issues.
What you'll need
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED). - 2 years of related work experience. - Ability to follow standardized work directions.
