About the role
Texas Instruments is seeking a Production Test Specialist to support operations in a test lab site. In a test/probe environment, the role operates various ATE equipment and device handlers for qualification, characterization, reliability, wafer probe, and device sample processes.
What you'll do
- Operate ATE equipment and device handlers to perform qualification, characterization, reliability, wafer probe, and device sample processes. - Perform equipment setups, device changes, tool kit setups, laser marking, and package inspection. - Follow technical instructions outlined in ISA and Special Work Requests (SWR). - Record process observations and summary findings in ISA/SWR reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. - Interface with team members, lab technicians, and business unit engineers to resolve lab issues. - Adhere strictly to established lab specifications and procedures.
What you'll need
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED). - 2 years of related work experience. - Ability to follow standardized work directions and technical procedures.
