About the role
The Production Specialist performs wafer fabrications in the production of semiconductor devices in a clean room environment.
What you'll do
- Perform wafer fabrications by following written specifications.
- Operate standard wafer fabrication (fab) equipment in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and demonstrate working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Accurately record and enter operational data into designated logs, forms, or digital systems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall manufacturing operations.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0 – 2 years’ experience, preferably working in a wafer fab or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work with close supervision and instruction.
- Demonstrates a willingness and aptitude to learn job tasks and procedures.
- Ability to communicate well both written and verbal.
