About the role
This role involves understanding device behavior and functionality to provide debugging and test solutions. It focuses on improving test efficiency and quality across various aspects of product testing.
What you'll do
- Understand device behavior and functionality to deliver debugging or test solutions - Support and deliver test improvement aspects, including test cost reduction and test coverage improvement - Support test integral yield improvement, test flexibility improvement, and test platform transfer - Support debugging and root cause finding for customer returns on ATE and production issues
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or graduating soon) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, or a related discipline - Comfortable with Excel and common productivity tools - Interest in process improvement, quality, equipment, or operations - Willingness to learn on the job - Able to follow technical instructions, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures - Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
- Internship, lab, workshop, or project experience in manufacturing, testing, maintenance, or process improvement - Exposure to lab, quality, or production systems
