About the role
This role involves managing customer requests, product escalations, and providing product support for active installed base in the semiconductor test industry.
What you'll do
- Manage customer requests, product escalations, and service emergencies.
- Coordinate product upgrade strategies and spare level planning.
- Provide product support to all active installed base and new/existing mechanical interface products.
- Support Engineering with customer floor planning.
- Lead the collection, summary, analysis, corrective actions, and reporting of data.
- Create and provide Product Training Documents and Procedures to the field team.
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of technical support/product support/service experience in the semiconductor test industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking ability.
- Oral English communication skills.
- Ability and track record to clearly commit and meet schedules.
- Ability to travel worldwide (0%-20%) for meeting customers and doing business with international partners.
