About the role
What you'll do
- Identify growth areas and drive product definition, design, development, customer engagement, and roadmap extensions.
- Acquire deep customer knowledge and translate technical requirements into the product roadmap.
- Own product requirements, market validation, and product roadmaps, delivering product requirement documents with business cases.
- Define feature priorities and detailed release scope, working with R&D, product engineering, quality assurance, and project management.
- Evaluate financial aspects of product development, including budgets, expenditures, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
- Develop and execute product business plans by analyzing business development opportunities and monitoring market trends.
What you'll need
- B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physical Sciences or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing and management with working knowledge in lithography, metrology, and process control.
- Experience working with semiconductor customers worldwide.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in global operations.
Nice to have
- Experience in HPC strategy, GPU infrastructure, and AI/ML enablement.
