About the role
This role is responsible for all business aspects of the Metal Deposition Products (MDP) and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) Service Business Unit (SBU) supplying the semiconductor industry. You will engage cross-functionally across the product lifecycle to support regional service business strategy, planning, and execution within the Global Service Division.
What you'll do
- Support regional business and customer strategy, planning, and execution for the regional service business. - Build understanding of regional and customer-specific market requirements to provide inputs for product development needs. - Create and maintain cost models to support service proposals, while assisting SBU Operations with MDP and ALD segment market analysis and forecasting. - Lead service product marketing activities, develop value propositions, assess business sizing, conduct sales opportunity analysis, and execute Go-To-Market strategy. - Develop Service Business Unit financial plans, business case assessments, and product marketing strategy for service opportunities. - Engage directly with customers, business development, service sales, field service, and external value chain partners across the product development process (PDP) and end of life support programs.
What you'll need
- Higher Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5+ years of industry experience. - Expertise in Wafer Fabrication Equipment and Metal and Atomic Layer Deposition Products operations and business. - Experience with service business principles, commercial acumen, and regional ownership or marketing/sales experience. - Technical acumen and program management experience in product marketing. - Strong analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Excel for financial and business analysis. - Experience building and delivering customer and executive management presentations.
