About the role
This role involves operational leadership and lifecycle management for deposition products within the Global Products Group. You will ensure successful execution, sustainment, and evolution of the Sabre 3D deposition product platform.
What you'll do
- Drive end-to-end product changes across the Sabre 3D portfolio, ensuring business, operational, and customer readiness.
- Lead review and approval of product, engineering, and non-standard requests while facilitating stakeholder alignment and issue resolution.
- Manage product configurations, upgrades, variants, and releases while ensuring configuration integrity and deployment readiness.
- Resolve configuration conflicts, obsolescence risks, and product complexity challenges.
- Lead product lifecycle management from introduction through end-of-life.
- Coordinate implementation activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Operations.
What you'll need
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree.
- Experience in semiconductor capital equipment, product management, program management, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or operations.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution and influence outcomes without direct authority.
