This role involves end-to-end feature ownership from requirements through field implementation, driving product roadmap, commercialization, and measurable customer outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own product features from requirements definition to field implementation (value assessment, qualification, deployment).
- Lead product roadmap in area of expertise for future solutions.
- Quantify customer value and build economic value models to support pricing and business cases.
- Size market opportunity and translate findings into roadmap priorities.
- Lead cross-functional requirements submissions to drive new feature development.
- Track program milestones, budget, and ROI through governance reviews.
- Build executive-level value narratives that translate technical capability into business value.
What you'll need
- Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Product requirements & roadmap development experience.
- Application qualification experience.
- Technical problem solving skills.
- Economic value & ROI modeling skills.
- Market sizing, pricing & margin analysis skills.
- Program governance experience.
- Executive value communication skills.
Nice to have
- GPA of 3.0 or above.
