About the role

This role involves owning product change management and ensuring accuracy of customer shipped configurations and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

What you'll do

• Own product change management (PCM) and control.
• Approve Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and implement Part Change Notifications (PCN).
• Manage field service activities and filter system feedback with customer impact.
• Ensure accuracy of customer shipped configurations and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Implement component roadmaps, including part obsolescence and cost reduction.
• Manage all product changes post-release, driven by engineering, quality, safety, customer demands, or supply obsolescence.
