About the role
This role involves supporting contract service agreements, driving field productivity improvements, and providing field escalation support for semiconductor equipment. You will contribute to product change management and the implementation of component roadmaps.
What you'll do
- Support CSA (Contract Service Agreement) Field Support, understanding KPI gaps like unscheduled downtime and PM metrics.
- Implement component roadmaps, including part obsolescence, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze Install & Warranty (I&W), driving improvement projects.
- Drive FSO efficiency improvements and field productivity programs.
- Provide field escalation support and engage with customers, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Support all changes to the product after release, driven by engineering, quality, safety, customer demands, or supply obsolescence.
What you'll need
- Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
- General knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems and analyze information.
- Experience supporting common modules roadmap and implementation post Phase 5 of ePLC.
- Experience assisting in the implementation of component roadmaps and cost reduction roadmaps.
