About the role
This role involves working as a Principal Product Engineer within a dynamic product engineering team focused on advanced technologies including Server & Network Processor. The scope includes designing, developing, and debugging products and solutions.
What you'll do
- Debug and Characterize new product performance of digital/analog circuits.
- Craft solutions by analyzing volume data and test lab experimentation to solve yield and test problems.
- Lead optimization efforts on production test screen spec definition processes to meet yield, Quality, test time, and DPPM requirements.
- Support RMA testing, customer facing, and QnR teams during customer escalations.
- Define yield and manufacturing specifications for various test insertions (Wafer Sort, Final Test, SLT).
- Play a key role in new product qualification and new package/fab qualification.
What you'll need
- 4+ years in semiconductor product engineering experience.
- Solid background in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
- Experience in Agilent 83K or 93K testers.
Nice to have
- Product development and Mixed Signal testing.
