About the role
This role involves product engineering for advanced semiconductor technologies, focusing on new product performance, yield, and test solutions.
What you'll do
- Debug and characterize new product performance of digital and analog circuits.
- Craft solutions for challenging yield and test problems using volume data analysis and test lab experimentation.
- Lead optimization efforts for production test screen spec definition to meet yield, Quality, test time, and DPPM requirements.
- Define yield and manufacturing specs for Wafer Sort, Final Test, and SLT insertions.
- Play a lead role in test flow optimization, test time reduction, and insertion removals.
- Work with design and DFT/DFM groups to define and enhance yield and test methodology.
What you'll need
- 4+ years in semiconductor product engineering experience.
- Solid background in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
- Experience in Agilent 83K or 93K testers.
Nice to have
- Product development and Mixed Signal testing.
