About the role

The Product Engineering Manager provides management direction for a specific product or group of products from development planning through production release, ensuring products are designed for manufacturability and reliability.

What you'll do

- Guide product development planning through production release while verifying products meet specification, reliability, and quality goals. - Interface as a central product resource across design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, reliability, and marketing teams as products enter production. - Provide sustaining engineering support for products post-development release. - Formulate and execute long-term plans for cost and profit control. - Select, develop, and evaluate engineering personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.

What you'll need

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Systems. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.

Nice to have

- Experience with new package design and development. - Understanding of data analysis, automotive industry requirements, and production manufacturing processes.
