About the role
This role involves acting as a technical liaison between customers and R&D, defining new features and improvements, and providing technical support to field application engineers and customers.
What you'll do
- Collect product requests from external and internal users, and write product request documents (PRD).
- Perform new functionality feasibility studies and prototype testing.
- Lead product qualification testing and deliver evaluation reports based on customer requirements.
- Provide worldwide customer support and engage in customer activities.
- Create technical documentation for special applications and best practice usage.
What you'll need
- Master or Ph.D. degree with solid knowledge in mathematics or physics or optics or EE.
- Basic knowledge of software engineering and computer programming.
- 2-4 years’ experience in related field (EDA, Foundry).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with UNIX environment, C/C++, scripting languages, databases.
- Solid training and knowledge in mathematics or optics or physics.
- Knowledge or work experience in semiconductor lithography, semiconductor manufacturing, mask data preparation, metrology inspection, litho process, etch process, FAB process tuning and control.
