About the role
This role involves assisting the Product Engineering team with data analysis and reporting of product performance, and performing semiconductor wafer and packaged level yield analysis evaluations.
What you'll do
- Assist with data analysis and reporting of product performance on various semiconductor technologies.
- Perform semiconductor wafer and packaged level yield analysis evaluations.
- Provide yield plans to meet company yield targets and lead improvement efforts.
- Assist with problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
- Conduct data analysis/mining/extraction utilizing statistical methods and related software tools.
- Develop test plans for prototype and production electrical testing.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing BS (Junior or Senior), MS, PhD in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Some semiconductor theory course work.
- Analog/RF circuit design course work and/or experience.
- Exposure to DC and RF measurement equipment; i.e. O-Scope, Signal generator, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
- Software Exposure: Python, ADS, FEM, HFSS, Momentum, Cadence, Dynamic Link, Spotfire, JMP.
