About the role
This role involves driving Final Test yield improvement and lot-on-hold reduction across OSAT sites.
What you'll do
- Perform deep-dive data analysis for root-cause investigations of Final Test excursions and drive corrective actions.
- Review SYL or SBL triggers and optimize limits to reduce false alarms and unnecessary retests.
- Perform timely root-cause validation for lot-on-hold events, ensuring accurate disposition and minimal cycle-time impact.
- Collaborate with Test Engineering, Operations, OSAT teams, and Quality to implement corrective actions for Final Test stability.
- Track Lot On Hold actions to closure and verify effectiveness through post-fix yield monitoring.
- Drive test-time optimization and productivity improvements while maintaining required quality and coverage.
What you'll need
- Bachelor or Master in Electronics & Electrical / Mechanical.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Product, Test, or Yield Engineering.
- Familiarity with ATE (TMT or ETS or Teradyne).
- Advanced analytics skills (JMP or Minitab).
- Experience with DOE, FMEA, 8D, fish bone, test platform conversion, and correlation.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-site problem solving and executing structural improvements.
