Product Engineer Analyst-SiC - Pune, India
Navitas Semiconductor is hiring a Product Engineer Analyst focused on SiC.
About the role
This role involves building and maintaining automated yield and quality reporting, tracking cost reduction and yield improvement projects, and coordinating change control administration.
What you'll do
- Build, maintain, and support automated yield and quality reporting.
- Own and maintain databases and reporting tools that track engineering, quality, and cost metrics.
- Track and report progress on cost-reduction and yield-improvement projects.
- Support project management for strategic initiatives, including timelines, status tracking, and documentation.
- Coordinate change control administration workflow: tracking change requests, approvals, customer notifications, and validation status.
- Maintain records and documentation to support non-conforming product reports, root-cause investigations, and disposition tracking.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or project management/coordination role.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL or database management.
- Experience building dashboards or reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Project management experience or coordination experience with cross-functional/cross-site teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python.
- PMP or similar certification.
- Familiarity with PLM/BOM systems (Arena PLM or similar).
