This role involves supporting the manufacturing, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of Power MOSFET products. The engineer will ensure product performance and manufacturing excellence by working with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Sustain and improve Power MOSFET product performance, yield, quality, and reliability.
- Investigate product and manufacturing issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Support qualification, product transfer, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer and manufacturing challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, cost, quality, and cycle time.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or related field.
- 2-5 years of semiconductor industry experience.
- Experience in MOSFET Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Yield Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or Failure Analysis.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of semiconductor device physics, electrical characterization, semiconductor manufacturing processes (Wafer Fab, Assembly, and Test), and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, DOE, and Six Sigma.
- Experience with SPC, JMP, Minitab, or other statistical analysis tools.
