About the role

The Product Development Team Lead oversees end-to-end product development and execution for enterprise SSD product programs, with a primary focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and revenue-generating programs. In this role, you will guide a matrixed cross-functional team across planning, launch, and ramp for Data Center SSD products.

What you'll do

• Lead a matrixed, cross-organizational product development team through all phases of the product lifecycle from planning to launch and ramp.
• Serve as the primary operational and business interface to senior leadership, communicating program objectives, schedules, risks, and priorities.
• Create, track, and adjust the program schedule and maintain the product features and schedule plan of record.
• Manage interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders while balancing technical needs against business impact.
• Identify dependencies, assess program risks, prioritize cross-functional resource utilization, and implement solutions to meet quality and budget targets.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in hardware and software product development of data center, client, memory, phone, or equivalent products (IT experience does not qualify).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in engineering management.
• Demonstrated experience in program and project management, including setting up and managing program schedules.
• Technical understanding of computer storage and memory hierarchy, product architecture, system design, high-volume manufacturing, and SPC.
• Strong technical background in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME).

• Mechatronics background.
