About the role
This role supports product development engineering, designing and optimizing new products and processes for the manufacturing of Chemical Mechanical Planarization pads.
What you'll do
- Support the process development and commercialization of new products.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to drive process efficiency and reduce product variation.
- Work with various business functions to support manufacturing processes.
- Resolve customer product quality inquiries.
What you'll need
- Ability to write technical reports and present data in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
- Currently enrolled student working towards a Bachelor of Science in a STEM field.
- Available to work 40 hours per week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a lab (employment or school) and knowledge of safe lab practices.
