This role focuses on managing high-priority escalations and leading engineering development projects for mask inspection products within the RAPID division of KLA. The position supports systems design and continuous improvement across reticle inspection solutions for mask shops and fabs.
What you'll do
- Lead engineering development projects for mask inspection products in the RAPID division. - Manage high-priority escalations and drive continuous improvement in the escalation process. - Assess, evaluate risks, and drive projects forward with a focus on the critical path. - Communicate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and service to coordinate execution. - Identify bottlenecks, remove obstacles, and hold regular meetings across functional groups to document interdependencies. - Undertake up to 20% international travel as required.
What you'll need
- BS degree with 3 years of work experience or MS degree with 2 years of work experience in a technical field. - Experience managing projects across engineering, manufacturing, and service groups. - Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.

- Advanced degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences. - Track record of leading teams through influence rather than direct reporting lines.
