About the role
This role involves developing, releasing, and supporting Film metrology products. You will contribute to metrology solutions for measuring film thickness, critical dimensions, composition, and resistivity in advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Assist in the development, release, and support of KLA Film metrology products.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer applications.
- Develop technologies and products to resolve challenging problems.
- Collect and filter observations to generate problem statements.
- Analyze data and prescribe corrective actions.
What you'll need
- PhD candidate with a background in Experimental Physics or Engineering (electrical, mechanical, optical, etc.).
Nice to have
- Understanding of optical, electrical, mechanical and software systems and their interactions in the context of complex industrial equipment.
